Dean Miller CNO Medical City Alliance

FT. WORTH – After an extensive search, Medical City Alliance has named Dean Miller as its new Chief Nursing Officer, starting December 11.

As a Registered Nurse with more than 12 years in healthcare, Miller brings a strong background in developing service lines, establishing patient, physician and employee relationships, and new hospital and emergency room construction.  Miller joined Medical City Healthcare in 2010 as Director of ICU at Medical City Arlington and has also served as associate vice president of critical care services and associate chief nursing officer at Medical City Denton. Prior to joining Medical City Healthcare, Miller worked at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas.

“Although Medical City Alliance has only been open since February 2015, our patients have recognized us with patient satisfaction scores in the top percentage of all hospitals nationwide,” says Glenn Wallace, CEO of Medical City Alliance. “Dean brings the experience necessary to help us build on this success and provide even more patients with nationally-recognized patient care.”

Medical City Alliance serves the Alliance corridor in north Ft. Worth, a rapidly expanding area featuring new home and business construction. To meet the community’s growing needs, Medical City Alliance is currently undergoing an $18 million capital improvement project that includes 20-new third floor beds, a potential fourth floor addition, expansion of the NICU and Emergency Department and other support services in 2018.
