Speak with a Registered Nurse Anytime, Day or Night
There are no good times to have medical issues, but some are more inconvenient than others. That’s why Medical City Alliance’s Ask a Nurse service is available whenever you need it. Whether you have a health-related question or need to find a doctor by specialty, location, accepted insurance plan or other criteria, our RNs are always here to help.
Our registered nurses are on call 24/7 to offer valuable support and consultation. However, they do not diagnose medical conditions. Please consult with your healthcare provider, or ask for a referral to one, to receive diagnosis and treatment.
If you request a physician referral or information about our classes or events, one of our patient care liaisons will be happy to assist you.
Always follow up with your primary care physician after contacting Ask a Nurse.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
